This client wanted to transform the first floor of their home into something completely different and fun, embracing a fresh and exciting design. Even in their golden years of retirement, they fully embraced the idea that it’s never too late to embark on a home remodel. The existing architectural style of the home was modern, and we wanted the first-floor renovation to reflect and enhance that sleek, contemporary aesthetic. With the clients' exceptional, high-end taste, we ensured that the best of the best was used throughout the project, from top-of-the-line appliances to luxurious finishes (hence the name of this project—you have to see this fridge!).
The renovation took about nine months to complete, during which we meticulously remodeled and renovated the pool bath, guest bath, kitchen, and dining room. Our design strategy included pushing out some walls to create a more open and spacious kitchen area. This allowed us to incorporate innovative design elements, such as positioning the range below a large kitchen window, which not only maximized natural light but also added a stunning focal point to the space.
The kitchen, now a masterpiece of modern design, features state-of-the-art appliances, including a show-stopping fridge that truly exemplifies the clients' taste for high-end luxury. Custom cabinetry, sleek countertops, and stylish backsplashes all contribute to the kitchen’s sophisticated yet functional layout. The open concept design ensures a seamless flow between the kitchen, dining area, and living spaces, perfect for entertaining guests or enjoying quiet evenings at home.
In the dining room, we introduced elegant furnishings and eye-catching light fixtures that enhance the modern ambiance. A chic, contemporary dining table serves as the centerpiece, surrounded by plush seating that invites comfort and conversation. The space is adorned with carefully selected decor pieces that reflect the clients' refined taste and love for modern art.
The pool bath and guest bath were also given a complete makeover, featuring luxurious materials and contemporary fixtures. The pool bath, with its modern design, offers a spa-like retreat with high-end finishes, sleek cabinetry, and a spacious shower. The guest bath, equally elegant, boasts a sophisticated design with upscale tiles, a stylish vanity, and premium fixtures.
Throughout the remodel, we paid close attention to every detail, ensuring that each element not only met the clients' high standards but also contributed to the overall cohesiveness of the design.
