It all began with an entirely raw warehouse space, but the vision for the transformation started with a beautiful chandelier that the client adored. This existing piece set the tone for the entire design, inspiring us to create an office space that is both functional and breathtakingly beautiful.
Transforming this commercial warehouse was a journey of creativity and meticulous planning. We started by adding strategically placed walls to create distinct areas for private offices, collaborative workspaces, and relaxing lounge areas. Each space was designed to balance openness with functionality, ensuring an efficient and comfortable work environment.
To enhance the industrial charm of the warehouse, we incorporated gorgeous paneling throughout. This paneling added texture and sophistication, turning bare walls into elegant backdrops. Complementing the paneling, we installed warm marble flooring that adds a luxurious feel underfoot and brings a sense of timeless elegance to the office.
The centerpiece of our design, the client's beloved chandelier, was given pride of place in the main reception area. Its intricate design and warm light set a welcoming tone as soon as you enter the office. This chandelier became a focal point, around which the rest of the design revolved. To echo its elegance, we carefully selected other lighting fixtures that provided both functionality and style, ensuring every corner of the office was well-lit and inviting.
In the private offices, large windows were incorporated to flood the spaces with natural light, creating bright and cheerful work environments. Custom-built desks and ergonomic chairs were chosen for both comfort and style, while personal touches like artwork and indoor plants added character and a personalized feel to each office.
The collaborative workspaces were designed with modern, stylish furniture that promotes creativity and teamwork. Large tables and comfortable seating arrangements encourage interaction and brainstorming. These spaces are positioned near windows and under skylights to make the most of the natural light, fostering an energetic and inspiring atmosphere.
Lounge areas were designed with relaxation and comfort in mind, featuring plush sofas, chic coffee tables, and ambient lighting. These spaces offer employees a place to unwind and recharge, with warm colors and soft textures that create a cozy, home-like environment.
We also infused the office with unique elements that reflect the building's industrial origins. Exposed brick walls, industrial-style piping, and reclaimed wood accents add character and rustic charm to the modern design. These features not only enhance the aesthetic appeal but also provide a dynamic and visually interesting environment.
